More photos from December- zoo, chanukah, winter beach pics and travel!

feeding a giraffe at the zoo!!!!!!!! (opens in new window)
It's even fun to go to the beach when it's cooler as long as the sun is out!

I love doing Nesi's hair in little "kookoos" like this, just so cute!

Women's Chanukah event

COUSIN EZRA's bar mitzvah weekend!!!!!!!!!! (David and Avi = best buds)

Adira and one of her best buddies, Rachelli, having a blast "reuniting" in STL
Their hair is tied together in an attempt to not be separated :(
Adira spent a lot of time with her friends this weekend which was so special.

Marshmallow roasting and sushi for Ezra's party Sat. night

We're so glad to be back with you, Leora!

So many cousins, such a good time!

Brothers and Dad!!

Auntie JENN visits!! Yay!!  And thank you again to all who sent Chanukah gifts!

sisters!

We loved having Jenn, can't wait for her hubby Stew to come next time!  She brought such nice Chanukah gifts for all, and we loved showing her around for Shabbat and a day!  We managed to go to the beach about 4 times in 48 hours :)

HUGE kudos to our dear pal Noa in Atlanta (formerly STL) who collected school supplies for those impacted by Hurricane Michael.  We dropped off at Tyndall Elementary!  Awesome leadership, Noa! <3

new friends we met in Sunday School!  They immediately wanted to spend about 38 hours together nonstop :)

The zoo here is GREAT!!!! Smaller, easier to get around, and we are in close
proximity to all the animals.  So easy to see them all!

another new pal came along for some winter break fun

Mendy and Robert were brave, I screamed a lot, and I have no idea how anyone else managed!!! I was not able to do much parenting in that bird house, it was everyone on their own!  Too startling to be among so many birds!  But I did like it :)

Menorah making at Home Depot in Destin!!  Thank you Chabad of the Emerald Coast!

Adira helping "sell" the plates of baked goods we made to raise money for cold kids in Israel.  We ended up gathering almost $400!

The party was a great way to bring the kehilla together!
